What Is Your Washer Doing?

Start with what you have already observed. Keep away from wet plugs and outlets, do not force a locked door, and follow the model manual for any owner-accessible check. If the symptom is unclear, record the model number and error code for a service visit.

Water is leaking onto the floor Stop using the washer. Use the leak guide to separate appliance leaks from an overflowing household drain; do not restart it just to reproduce the leak. The door stays locked Do not force the handle. Start with water remaining inside, a hot cycle, or a lock message before assuming the latch has failed. Water leaves while the washer fills This is different from water that stays after a cycle. Follow the guide for drain-hose setup, siphoning clues, and active pumping. Water stays in the drum Start here when the cycle ends with standing water. Note any drain code and whether the pump makes a sound. Clothes are wet after the cycle Check whether water remains in the drum or the load simply never reached a fast spin. These observations lead to different checks. The washer fills, then stops Use this guide when water stays in the machine but wash action does not begin. Record the cycle, lock status, and displayed message.

How measurement choices work

Google uses one combined tag. When either option is on, Google may send limited consent-mode signals for the option left off. For eligible Florida visits, Meta may use Limited Data Use without enabling Google advertising. Otherwise Meta Pixel requires Marketing. Your saved choices and Global Privacy Control take priority. Source attribution is stored only when at least one optional category is on.

Turning off enabled optional measurement refreshes this page. Finish any booking first.
