We use customer information to respond to calls, texts, emails, and form submissions; prepare a service request; confirm service area and route availability; schedule or follow up on an appointment; diagnose appliance service needs; provide estimates; order parts when approved; document warranty or repair details; send service-related communication; improve the website; measure advertising and conversion performance; and keep basic business records.

Optional Analytics and Marketing tools are off until you choose to allow them. Use Accept all, Essential only, or Customize in the cookie notice, and reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Your choice is saved for 180 days when browser storage is available. The website service request form, phone and SMS links work with both optional categories off. A request does not enroll you in promotional calls or messages. Turning Analytics or Marketing off refreshes the page to unload affected tools; entered form details may be lost. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.

With Marketing on, Meta Pixel can measure page visits, views of fixed appliance-service categories, and selected phone, SMS and booking-link clicks. Meta may receive device and browser information, IP address, cookies, known website URLs and referrers, and approved advertising click identifiers or campaign labels. The Pixel is not loaded before Marketing is allowed. Automatic matching and automatic event configuration are disabled, and the website does not send form values or customer contact details to the Pixel. No Meta Lead or Purchase event is sent by this implementation. Unknown URL parameters, unrecognized referral URLs or unknown page paths disable optional tracking to reduce accidental disclosure. Permitted campaign parameters and verified page anchors may still appear in Meta’s automatic URL fields. You can change Marketing in Cookie settings or use your browser and Meta account privacy controls.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and practical measures intended to protect customer information. No website, email, SMS, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We keep service request and communication information for as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, repair records, warranty support, business records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

This website and appliance repair services are intended for adults and household or business service requesters. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through the website, contact us so the information can be reviewed.

When you use our own website request form, it sends your name, phone number, service address, appliance and problem description, and any preferred time to our server and then to Workiz for our team to review. We do not save these entered details in browser storage. A random request reference helps prevent duplicate submissions. A separate random control credential may be stored in your browser only to carry out withdrawal of measurement consent. These references are not based on your contact details. With Analytics on, we may link the request to your actual Google Analytics browser identifier and approved campaign labels. With Marketing on, we may retain supported Google advertising click identifiers for that request. With Marketing on, Meta Pixel may also receive a Lead event from your browser after our server confirms receipt of your website request. Its event reference comes from a random request reference, not your contact details. The event does not include your entered service details or confirm an appointment or payment. A broad source category, such as Google Organic or Direct, can be passed to Workiz with the request even when optional measurement is off; in that case it is not saved as a website measurement link. When our own request form is available, approved campaign labels with Analytics on and supported Google advertising click identifiers with Marketing on may be held in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes from their original capture, so they can accompany your request after you move to the request page. Moving between pages does not renew this period. We do not save your Google Analytics browser identifier, full page URLs, referrers or entered service details in this temporary record. Turning a category off removes its temporary fields. The submitted measurement link stays on our server; only a random reference for this link is passed to Workiz. With the relevant optional measurement choices on, a server-side link can associate an accepted request with permitted website measurement for up to 90 days; the measurement permission expires after that period. This is not a promise that service records are automatically deleted. Names, phone numbers, street addresses and free-text problem descriptions are not included in analytics event fields. Turning a category off asks our server to stop future measurement for linked requests. Sending this withdrawal during a page refresh is best effort: it takes effect at the server when received, and a browser interruption can delay delivery. It does not erase events already sent or cancel your service request. You can contact us with privacy questions.
