Water stays in the tub
Describe whether you hear the machine running, see a displayed code, or find water left after the cycle ends. A no-drain complaint is the starting point for diagnosis, not a parts order.

An LG washer that holds water needs a different service description from one that drains but shakes during spin. Tell us what the machine actually does, and we’ll review your model and the next step for service.
Your model and symptom help us review the request. An appointment is confirmed separately after the address and route are checked.
Describe the problem
Describe whether you hear the machine running, see a displayed code, or find water left after the cycle ends. A no-drain complaint is the starting point for diagnosis, not a parts order.
Tell us whether the display lights up and what happens after you choose a cycle. In our documented LG washer work, control-board service and drain-pump replacement were separate jobs with different findings.
Note whether the movement occurs with every load or only particular items. The LG WM8100HVA example linked below documents shock absorber replacement; that repair does not establish the cause on another washer.
Our linked LG cases cover specific top-load and front-load models. Model, installation, diagnosis and available parts determine the proposed repair for your washer.
From our published service records

We serve the corridor from Punta Gorda to Naples, including Alva and Lehigh Acres. Share the service address so we can review the appliance, access and route. Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach visits are subject to individual route and access confirmation.
We explain the diagnosis and proposed repair price before billable repair work begins. Applicable repair coverage is confirmed with the agreed work.

Questions before service
We do not select a part from the symptom alone. The documented LG cases include different repairs, so share the model, any displayed code and the point at which the cycle stops before service is planned.
No. A completed repair describes that particular appliance and diagnosis. Even a similar-looking washer needs its own model and findings checked before parts are selected.
Do not force it open. Tell us whether water is visible and share the displayed message. Any customer-accessible procedure should come from the instructions for your exact model.
Include the model, symptom and service location. We’ll review the request and confirm the next step.
